Max Verstappen claimed his second victory of the Formula 1 2026 season after converting a dominant pole position into a commanding win at the Singapore Grand Prix.
The four-time world champion fended off early pressure from Charles Leclerc off the line and controlled the pace throughout the race at the Marina Bay street circuit.
Although Leclerc closed the gap in the closing stages running on faster soft tyres compared to the Red Bull's mediums, Verstappen managed his tyres effectively to cross the line 7.3 seconds clear at the chequered flag.

Behind the battle for victory, Andrea Kimi Antonelli secured a solid third place finish for Mercedes, setting up his maiden world championship opportunity at the upcoming race in Austin.
Lando Norris finished fourth ahead of McLaren teammate Oscar Piastri, while Lewis Hamilton settled for sixth following a compromised strategy. Further down the order, Isack Hadjar delivered a stellar recovery drive from the pitlane to snatch the final point in tenth.
