Shocking news came after a sweet weekend at Knockhill. Back then, Cataclean Plato Racing (CPRL) had just secured their first BTCC victory. However, just two days later, the team reportedly went into administration and had to continue under a different name. Plato's departure leaves a huge void. Not only in terms of on-track performance, but also in the paddock's buzz. The team, now renamed CPRL, also sports a new look; an all-black livery replacing Plato's signature purple. Adam Morgan shone by taking pole position for the first time in eight years, then won Race 1 with Rowbottom supporting in second. Two more podiums followed, making the paddock optimistic ahead of Donington.
Now, amid all the turmoil, determination is CPRL's main weapon. No one is more motivated to prove themselves than those in the CPRL garage. The combination of Rowbottom and Morgan, who are both confident, is a valuable asset. Can they repeat their success at Donington?
