Marco Bezzecchi will not take part in the Czech MotoGP after the FIM MotoGP Stewards imposed a suspension following an incident that occurred after the Tissot Sprint at Brno.
The Aprilia Racing rider crashed during the Sprint race. Following the accident, Bezzecchi became involved in an altercation with a circuit marshal who was attempting to recover his motorcycle from the track.
According to the official steward document, Bezzecchi pushed and struck a marshal who was carrying out his duties. The action was deemed a breach of Article 3.3.2.2 of the FIM regulations, which covers actions considered detrimental to the interests of the sport.

After conducting a hearing and allowing Bezzecchi to present his case, the FIM MotoGP Stewards confirmed a suspension from the Czech Grand Prix. The ruling means the Italian rider will be unable to compete in Sunday's race at Brno.
The case represents one of the most significant disciplinary decisions of the Czech MotoGP weekend due to its direct impact on the Grand Prix entry list. In addition to losing the opportunity to score points, Bezzecchi's absence is also a setback for Aprilia at a crucial stage of the season.
Under the regulations, Aprilia was entitled to lodge an appeal within one hour of the sanction being announced. However, until any successful appeal was upheld, the suspension remained active and prevented Bezzecchi from participating in the Czech Grand Prix.
