Ahead of the upcoming United States Grand Prix, Aston Martin has officially broken new ground in lifestyle collaborations by teaming up with Padeltek to launch a bespoke range of branded padel rackets and accessories.
The Silverstone-based outfit has carved its name in history as the very first Formula 1 constructor to officially partner with a dedicated padel and pickleball enterprise. The exciting partnership will debut in Austin, Texas, where the team and Padeltek plan to host an exclusive fan event at the brand-new Padel Society venue.
The initial collection features three distinct padel rackets alongside three matching cover bags designed to capture the performance spirit of the racing squad. Head of Licensing and Merchandise Matt Chapman emphasized that Formula 1 serves as an ideal platform bridging sport and lifestyle domains amid surging fan demand.
Ron Saslow of Thirty-5 Capital noted that both padel and motorsport rely heavily on precision, speed, and peak performance, resonating strongly with growing audiences across North America. Furthermore, the partnership is slated for further expansion by 2027 with dedicated pickleball equipment lines.
Padel has rapidly grown in popularity within the racing paddock, with many drivers frequently integrating the sport into their rigorous training regimens ahead of demanding grand prix weekends.
