The team paid close attention to medium tire management to prevent a total grip collapse before the checkered flag, a tactic that worked for the most part despite facing a late-race drop in performance.
Amidst the fierce competition, Fabio Di Giannantonio was among those overtaken by Alex Marquez in the closing stages. Crossing the line in seventh place with a six-second gap to the winner proved to be a solid achievement, especially as championship contenders like Francesco Bagnaia crashed out of the main race.
According to Speedweek reports, this consistent performance at Mandalika successfully lifted the number 73 rider up to eighth place in the overall standings. Meanwhile, the dramatic weekend also saw his teammate suffer a heavy crash resulting in a hand injury.
