Red Bull Racing has confirmed a shock change to its driver line-up for the Dutch Grand Prix, with Isack Hadjar ruled out due to injury.
The Frenchman's seat will be taken by Liam Lawson, who returns to the senior team for the first time since his demotion last season. Yuki Tsunoda will move in the opposite direction, partnering Arvid Lindblad at Racing Bulls and making his F1 return after being relegated to a reserve role.
The timing could not be worse for Hadjar, who has impressed in his rookie season alongside Max Verstappen, breaking the 'curse' of Red Bull's second seat. His consistent points finishes have placed him just 41 points behind his world champion teammate.

Hadjar's absence poses an unexpected challenge for Red Bull as they look to build momentum. The team has struggled for consistency under the new regulations, but Lawson's familiarity with the environment could provide much-needed stability.
For Lawson, this is a golden opportunity. With Red Bull reportedly eyeing F2's Nikola Tsolov, the Kiwi's F1 future is uncertain. A strong showing in Zandvoort could prove pivotal in securing his spot.
At this stage, it remains unclear whether Hadjar will miss further rounds. For now, all eyes are on Lawson and Tsunoda as they seize their unexpected chances.
