Marco Bezzecchi secured pole position for the 2026 Aragon Grand Prix, beating reigning champion Marc Marquez by just under a tenth of a second in qualifying. The Aprilia rider clocked 1'44.962s, with Marquez 0.089s behind.
Gresini's Alex Marquez will join them on the front row, while British GP winner Raul Fernandez heads the second row for Trackhouse. Factory Aprilia's Jorge Martin and KTM's Pedro Acosta complete row two.
All eyes are on Johann Zarco, who returns from injury to start ninth on the LCR Honda. However, the Frenchman faces a double long lap penalty for causing the Barcelona collision that broke his leg.
Francesco Bagnaia could only manage eighth, while Jack Miller leads Yamaha's charge from 13th. Fabio Quartararo starts 17th, hoping for a strong comeback.
