Aprilia Racing has officially announced a multi-year partnership with Monster Energy as its title sponsor in MotoGP. This strategic agreement commences at the Mugello round of 2026, with the Monster Energy logo appearing on the RS-GP bikes, before officially assuming the role of title partner starting in the 2027 season.

Since transitioning into a full factory team entrant in 2022, after previously running its efforts in conjunction with Gresini Racing, Aprilia had not held a single title partner. According to Aprilia CEO Massimo Rivola, this agreement represents a major milestone and a crowning moment for the project's ambition to dominate the premier class.

The partnership has an immediate technical impact on rider branding, specifically for Jorge Martin. Despite Martin maintaining a personal contract with Red Bull, the energy drink's branding has vanished from the Aprilia gear he wears. This is a direct result of the team's sponsorship exclusivity, as Monster Energy is a direct global competitor to Red Bull.
