The latest official accounts filed by Mercedes-Benz Grand Prix Limited have revealed a robust financial performance for the 2025 Formula 1 season, highlighting soaring profits, expanded sponsorship income, and substantial dividend distributions to shareholders. The Brackley-based squad successfully generated a confirmed £633.4 million in total revenue during a year that saw them finish second in the intensely contested constructors' championship.
According to the official filings at Companies House, revenue climbed from £632.1 million in 2024, with more than £415 million of the 2025 total directly driven by lucrative sponsorship and licensing agreements. This commercial strength elevated the team's profit after tax to £125.9 million, up from £116.9 million the previous year, while operating profit—identified by directors as their most dominant metric—advanced to £166.7 million from £156.2 million.
In their formal report, the team directors emphasized the rigorous discipline behind the numbers. "This strong commercial performance, coupled with close control of the cost base, resulted in an annual profit after taxation of £125.9 million," the directors wrote. The group also confirmed delivering £125 million in dividends to shareholders from distributable funds, up from £100 million in 2024, alongside maintaining full compliance with FIA financial regulations following a comprehensive audit process.

The commercial powerhouse behind Toto Wolff secured 24 team partners throughout 2025, welcoming major brands such as adidas, Meta AI, and Nasdaq into its commercial ecosystem. Interestingly, the filing noted that the team's share of television broadcast coverage dipped from 15.5% to 13.2%, largely impacted by intense media focus on McLaren during their fierce title campaign. Concurrently, broader structural developments included CrowdStrike CEO George Kurtz securing a minority stake in late 2025, alongside ongoing infrastructure expansion at the Brackley headquarters.
On the operational front, drivers George Russell and Andrea Kimi Antonelli continue to spearhead the team's competitive ambitions on track, ensuring that the Silver Arrows remain at the absolute pinnacle of motorsport both commercially and competitively.
