Maximo Quiles proved his class once again in Moto3. The Spanish rider emerged victorious in the race held at the MotorLand Aragon Circuit on Sunday. This win is particularly special as he had recently undergone surgery, yet he performed fiercely and defeated his two closest rivals, David Almansa and Marco Morelli, who finished second and third respectively.
The race started with Almansa on pole position, joined by Morelli and Quiles on the front row. However, Quiles opted for a patient strategy. He did not push hard at the beginning but waited for the right moment to attack. As a result, he managed to take the lead mid-race and maintained his advantage to the finish line.
The first incident occurred on the opening lap when Nicola Carraro crashed at turns 4-5. Meanwhile, Brian Uriarte, who had a long lap penalty, briefly moved up to third, but after serving the penalty, he dropped to 10th. Alvaro Carpe briefly threatened Almansa by taking second, but Almansa managed to secure his podium spot.

The key moment came on lap 11 when Quiles overtook Almansa at the first corner. After that, he continued to extend his lead and gave no chance for his rivals to close in. This victory makes Quiles even stronger at the top of the Moto3 standings, increasing his advantage over his closest competitors.
With this result, David Almansa had to settle for second place, while Marco Morelli completed the podium. The race also showed how competitive Moto3 is this season, with the front group battling intensely until the last lap.
