Sedgwick Cole Jr, senior director of global design at Lee, highlighted how this unique partnership blends automotive heritage with timeless fashion. Lee 101 and Indian Motorcycle have officially teamed up to release a special capsule collection celebrating the 125th anniversary of America's first motorcycle manufacturer, merging iconic archives with two-wheel culture.
This exclusive collaboration bridges the tradition of high-quality workwear with the indomitable spirit of motorcycling and open-road exploration. The core pieces of the collection are crafted using premium Italian selvedge denim sourced directly from Candiani Mills, offering exceptional durability and authentic texture for modern riders.
Among the standout garments are the historic Lee Rider jacket and the legendary 101Z Rider trousers, both updated with meticulous material selection and special finishes. These pieces arrive in raw and black versions, completed with custom hardware and embroidered details featuring the iconic Indian Motorcycle headdress emblem.

The lineup further expands with heritage-inspired Union-Alls coveralls in herringbone fabric, a 101 work shirt in chambray, and heavy-weight graphic tees. Every single item incorporates nods to Lee's archives and visual elements tied deeply to the rich history of Indian Motorcycle, balancing everyday functionality with rugged style.
Built around the Original Rider concept, the capsule connects today's motorcyclists with decades of heritage and personal expression. Check out Sportrik.com for more in-depth analyses and the latest updates from the global motorsport scene.
