The Formula 1 race weekend in Singapore presented a sharp contrast inside the Red Bull Racing garage, where Max Verstappen dominated the entire event by sweeping both the Sprint and the main Grand Prix, while his teammate, Isack Hadjar, endured a cascade of technical misfortunes. The French driver suffered an engine failure during the Sprint race, followed by gearbox gremlins in qualifying that prevented him to set a lap time, forcing him to start the Singapore Grand Prix straight from the pit lane.

Despite facing monumental hurdles on the notoriously tight Marina Bay street circuit where overtaking is deemed extremely difficult, Isack Hadjar displayed fierce determination by slicing through the field from the very back to finish inside the points in tenth place. This relentless charge secured a crucial world championship point which he immediately dedicated to the hard-working mechanics on his side of the garage.

"It took a lot of hard work from everyone on my side of the garage to get this one point. This is a point for the team! I am very grateful to them for turning things around," Isack Hadjar stated after the grueling race, as reported by Speedweek.

On the opposite side of the garage, Max Verstappen celebrated his maiden victory in Singapore, a milestone that adds to his remarkable resume across nearly every active circuit on the F1 calendar except Madrid. Isack Hadjar remained upbeat, drawing massive positives from the intrinsic pace of the RBPT-powered machine and acknowledging his teammate's stellar drive.

"We clearly have the pace. Max showed that. Congratulations to him. I know he wanted this win so badly," added Isack Hadjar, who thoroughly enjoyed carving his way through a massive train of cars.

Team principal Laurent Mekies heaped high praise on his young driver's resilience and aggressive racecraft throughout the demanding Grand Prix distance.

"Isack delivered a strong race from the back of the grid. He gave it everything, raced aggressively, had opportunities, and showed strong pace," Laurent Mekies commended.
