Gabriel Gomez has officially secured a major career step up to the FIA Formula 3 Championship after being signed by LN4 Fusion, the team owned by F1 star Lando Norris. The young Brazilian driver joins previously announced James Egozi to complete the team's driver lineup for their debut campaign.
This latest signing shows that the squad, which took over AIX Racing's assets and F3 entry, is staying true to its core philosophy. The organization remains committed to selecting drivers based purely on raw on-track talent rather than their ability to bring a massive financial budget.
Gomez's path to the grid has featured significant resilience after enduring a tough season in the Formula Regional European Championship with Rodin Motorsport. He finished 14th overall, securing a best race result of fourth place three times across Monza and Paul Ricard.
Despite financial hurdles, his impressive credentials in karting and single-seater categories—including a dominant title win in the 2025 Formula Winter Series and runner-up finishes in Italian F4—ultimately opened the door to this prestigious opportunity.
