Marco Bezzecchi has become the center of a major controversy after being suspended from the Czech MotoGP following an incident involving a track marshal after his Sprint Race crash at Brno.
The decision, announced by the FIM MotoGP Stewards and published through the official MotoGP social media channels, immediately triggered thousands of reactions from fans. The disciplinary ruling against the Aprilia Racing rider quickly became one of the most discussed topics of the Czech Grand Prix weekend.
Among the most-liked comments on MotoGP's Instagram post was a message from Instagram user @maxime_fougeret, who wrote:

"For those asking: he punched one of the marshals after he fell."
The comment received more than 5,000 likes and became one of the leading talking points in the discussion surrounding the incident. However, the statement represents the opinion of a social media user and not an official finding from MotoGP, FIM, or any party directly involved in the case.
Several fans supported the steward's decision, with one widely supported comment simply stating:
"Right decision."
Others argued the punishment was justified despite being supporters of the Italian rider.
"I'm his fan, but he deserves it. Should be banned."
Not all reactions were supportive of the sanction. Some users questioned the circumstances surrounding the incident, while others debated whether the penalty was proportionate to the actions described by the stewards.
The discussion intensified further after Aprilia's appeal was rejected, leaving Bezzecchi suspended from Sunday's Grand Prix. With the Italian rider ruled out of the Czech MotoGP, the controversy has continued to fuel debate across social media as fans remain divided over one of the most significant disciplinary decisions of the 2026 MotoGP season.
