F3 2027 Transfer Market: Mattia Colnaghi Signs for Campos, Maciej Gladysz Joins MP Motorsport

The 2027 junior single-seater transfer market continues to heat up with major driver announcements shaking up the Formula 3 grid ahead of the upcoming season. Reigning champions Campos Racing have officially confirmed the signing of a promising young talent to bolster their driver lineup for the 2027 FIA Formula 3 championship campaign.

The 18-year-old driver, who carries dual Italian and Argentine heritage alongside a Red Bull Junior Team backing, has opted to part ways with MP Motorsport, the squad with which he made his F3 debut last year. Having previously claimed the Spanish F4 title in 2024 and the Eurocup-3 crown in 2025, the young charger completes the Spanish outfit's roster alongside their other confirmed drivers.

Expressing his thoughts on the switch, the rising star shared his excitement about joining the reigning championship-winning organization. He highlighted the immense respect he has gathered for the team's proven track record and success throughout the junior categories, particularly within the highly competitive F3 tier.

“I am thrilled to join forces with Campos Racing for the 2027 FIA Formula 3 season,” the young driver stated in his official remarks. “Having competed against the team in previous categories, I have always held a deep respect for them and their achievements in the feeder series, especially in F3 where they are the reigning team and drivers' champions.”

He further emphasized that his previous championship victories combined with a solid rookie campaign in F3 provide a strong foundation for success. “Having won championships in earlier categories and gained a valuable year of experience in F3, I believe that together with Campos we have the potential to target big results in 2027,” he concluded.

On the other hand, the vacancy left within the Dutch squad was swiftly filled following the departure of their former driver. The orange-liveried team officially welcomed Polish driver Maciej Gladysz, who embarks on his second year in the F3 championship following previous experience elsewhere.

For the Polish talent, the move marks a welcome return to the Dutch outfit where he previously tasted success by winning the Eurocup-3 Spanish Winter series. Armed with a year of valuable experience under his belt, the objective remains clear to help the team fight for race victories throughout the upcoming 2027 season.
