Eight track-focused hypercars have been confirmed for the GT1 Sports Club, part of the bp Adelaide Grand Final. The event, held on the Adelaide street circuit, will mark the Australian debut of GT1 Race Club, a collaboration between SRO Motorsport Australia and Curbstone Events.

The initial entry list boasts some of the most prestigious names in the hypercar world. The standout is the Pagani Huayra R Evo Roadster, which was revealed at the Adelaide Grand Final launch. Joining it are a Pagani Zonda R, Pagani Huayra R, Bugatti Bolide, Ferrari FXX, Ferrari 599XX, Ferrari FXX-K EVO, and a Brabham BT62. The total value of these machines is estimated at around $32 million, a figure that underscores their exclusivity and performance.

“GT1 Race Club represents an exciting evolution for high-performance motorsport experiences,” said SRO Motorsports Australia CEO Ben McMellan. “Bringing this category to Australia allows local fans to witness some of the world’s most remarkable track hypercars in an environment that showcases exactly what they were engineered to do. The bp Adelaide Grand Final provides an outstanding stage for this debut, and we are delighted to work alongside Curbstone in introducing GT1 Race Club to Australian audiences.”

“GT1 Sports Club was created to unite owners of the world’s most exceptional track-focused hypercars in an environment worthy of the cars they own—professionally managed, internationally recognised and centred on unforgettable driving experiences,” said Curbstone Events general manager Ludovic Colman. “Adelaide is the perfect stage for the Australian debut of GT1 Race Club. Together with the bp Adelaide Grand Final and SRO Motorsport Australia, we are bringing these extraordinary machines from private collections onto one of the world’s greatest street circuits, creating a unique experience for both participants and spectators. We look forward to welcoming an exceptional collection of cars and owners to Australia for what promises to be a landmark moment for GT1 Sports Club and GT1 Race Club.”

With eight cars already confirmed, more are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. Excitement is building for the bp Adelaide Grand Final, which will serve as a proving ground for GT1 Sports Club as a platform for hypercar owners to showcase their machinery on a challenging street circuit.

For Australian motorsport fans, the chance to see hypercars from Pagani, Bugatti, and Ferrari race in anger is a major draw. The Adelaide Grand Final promises to be a feast for the senses and further cements Australia’s status as a host of world-class motorsport events.
