Joshua Durksen cruised to a dominant victory in the Formula 2 Feature Race at the Italian GP, making it a double win for him this weekend. The Invicta Racing driver controlled the race from the front, despite a hectic start.
Durksen held off a late charge from teammate Rafael Camara, who finished just 0.4 seconds behind to secure an Invicta 1-2 finish. Noel Leon completed the podium for Campos Racing, 4.6 seconds adrift.
Intense Battle Through Monza's Corners
What looked like a three-way fight for the win eventually boiled down to a masterclass in race management from Durksen. He maintained his lead all the way to the chequered flag, showcasing Invicta's sheer pace at the Temple of Speed.

Behind the leading trio, John Bennett took fourth for Trident, while Ritomo Miyata rounded out the top five for HITECH Grand Prix. Further back, several drivers fought tooth and nail for championship points, adding to the drama.
Championship Implications
This victory bolsters Durksen's title bid, while Invicta Racing extends its lead in the teams' standings. With consistent performances like this, Durksen is emerging as a serious title contender. The next round promises more fireworks as the season intensifies.
