Andrea Kimi Antonelli continues to reign supreme at the top of the 2026 Formula 1 standings. The young Mercedes driver extended his advantage over George Russell after the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort, sending a clear signal that the world title is no longer just a distant dream.
With 242 points, Antonelli is 59 points clear of Lewis Hamilton and George Russell, who are tied on 183 points. The tight battle for second place means Russell has to share the spot with Hamilton, despite his consistent performances in recent races.
Meanwhile, Lando Norris has shown his teeth once again. His second consecutive win at the Dutch GP saw the McLaren driver leap to fourth place with 159 points, overtaking Charles Leclerc who is stuck on 155. Norris is now just 24 points behind second place, and his chances of continuing to apply pressure remain wide open.
On the other side, the performance of Red Bull remains a concern. Max Verstappen had to settle for sixth place with 112 points, far behind in the title fight. Meanwhile, Isack Hadjar, another Red Bull driver, impressed with 68 points and sits in eighth place.
