The two-wheeler touring world receives a fresh touch as the Honda Gold Wing enters the 2027 model year with an aesthetic-focused update. As reported by Motosan.es, the iconic Japanese grand tourer introduces a striking new color combination that reinforces its elegant presence on the road.
Since its debut back in 1975, this legendary touring machine from Honda has evolved through six generations. It remains an absolute reference point when discussing long-distance motorcycle travel characterized by maximum comfort, advanced technology, and supreme refinement.
For the 2027 lineup, Honda chooses to keep its proven mechanical and technological arsenal fully intact while refreshing its visual identity. The GL1800 Gold Wing 2027 will now be available in a sophisticated Gunmetal Black Metallic finish, complemented by fine details in Mat Ballistic Black Metallic.

Beneath the updated exterior lies the legendary 1,833cc flat-six boxer engine, which continues to serve as the beating heart of the motorcycle. Featuring a SOHC layout with four valves per cylinder, this remarkable powerplant delivers 126 horsepower at 5,500 rpm alongside a massive peak torque of 170 Nm at 4,500 rpm.
The engine works in tandem with an advanced Throttle By Wire system that provides riders with four distinct riding modes: Tour, Sport, Econ, and Rain. Each setting carefully modulates suspension behavior and the D-CBS combined braking system to match any riding environment perfectly.
