Marco Bezzecchi set the fastest time in FP2 for the 2026 Dutch MotoGP at TT Circuit Assen, leading a one-two for Aprilia Racing alongside Raul Fernandez.
Aprilia showed strong pace throughout the session, especially through Assen's high-speed final sector. Bezzecchi, Raul Fernandez, Ai Ogura and Jorge Martin all appeared near the front, underlining the RS-GP's competitiveness at the Dutch circuit.
Pedro Acosta capitalised on the one-lap restart after the red flag to move into the leading group, while Francesco Bagnaia secured a top-10 place to progress directly into Q2.

The session was stopped late after Alex Marquez crashed in the final minutes. Earlier, Fermin Aldeguer also fell at a fast corner, while Jorge Martin crashed at Turn 12 but walked away without serious injury.
Marc Marquez did not join the restart after already placing himself in the Q2 group, while Fabio Di Giannantonio also remained inside the top 10. Franco Morbidelli could face scrutiny after allegedly impeding Enea Bastianini during a flying lap.
With the full FP2 results already available in the Sportrik database, attention now turns to qualifying and the Sprint Race. Aprilia's dominance on Friday gives the manufacturer a strong platform, although the crashes showed Assen still demands precision from every rider.
